As of November 2023, lanes between Mineola Pike (KY 3076) and South Airfield Dr. were shifted to the south. Additionally, north of Turfway Rd. (KY 717) traffic lanes were shifted to the north.

The entrance to the Wayfair Distribution Center will be right-in/right-out. Vehicles traveling south on Donaldson Highway to this business can detour by taking Mineola Pike (KY 3076) northbound to Jamike Ave., to Cox Ave., to Donaldson Hwy.

This phase of the project is expected to be in place until May 2024.
